    Industrial Engineer Jobs | Manufacturing Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement

    We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, project management, continuous improvement initiatives, and capital equipment implementation. This role works closely with production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and support a safe manufacturing environment.

    This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, process optimization, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, project management, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Promote and maintain a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and company safety requirements.
    • Identify, justify, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
    • Develop, document, and implement standard work practices across manufacturing operations.
    • Conduct time studies, process evaluations, value stream mapping, and process control analysis.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other problem-solving methodologies.
    • Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation, including planning, budgeting, ROI analysis, and execution.
    • Design and lead process improvement projects to enhance overall plant performance.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to production and maintenance teams.
    • Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate capital equipment purchases and installations.
    • Support equipment integration, startup activities, and process validation efforts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and operational excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing environment involving mechanical, electrical, and chemical processes.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and implement sustainable improvements.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
    • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or higher.
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Value Stream Mapping.
    • Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe applications, ESKO, or similar engineering software.
    • Project management experience involving capital equipment and process optimization initiatives.
