Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with strong hands-on shop floor and assembly manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will drive Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, productivity improvement, and line efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Time Studies, Line Balancing, and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis.
• Develop Current/Future State VSMs and identify bottlenecks, waste, and capacity gaps.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Optimize assembly processes and identify process efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and improve Standard Work Instructions and Video Work Instructions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, defects, and downtime.
• Support corrective actions, Kaizen implementation, and improvement roadmaps.
• Provide support for fixture design and manufacturing process improvements.

Must Have

• Hands-on shop floor/manufacturing experience
• Time Study & Line Balancing
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Process & productivity improvement
• Root Cause Analysis / Kaizen
• Assembly/manufacturing process experience

Preferred

• Automotive, Off-Highway, Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicle, or Industrial Equipment experience
• Muri and VA/NVA/RNVA analysis
• Capacity analysis and process optimization
• Lean Six Sigma
• Manufacturing KPI/productivity analysis
• Video Time Study
