Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify bottlenecks, waste, inefficiencies, and capacity constraints.
• Conduct capacity analysis, process baselining, and current vs. future state assessments to define improvement opportunities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality failures, defects, downtime, and process issues, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead and support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, including detailed implementation plans and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on manufacturing/shop floor experience.
• Experience with assembly processes, process improvement, and production troubleshooting.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
