- Standard Work Hours: Weekend Nights Friday - Sunday 4pm - 4am
- Hourly Rate: $37.28 to $41.56, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring

A Night on the Job
You start by reviewing work orders, walking the line, and prioritizing critical machines. One moment you’re diagnosing a PLC I/O fault; the next, you’re tracing a pneumatic leak, swapping a faulty motor, or laying out conduit for a new panel. Throughout the night, you translate blueprints into action, execute safe installs, and document your work in our CMMS—all while collaborating with your Group Leader and helping teammates build their skills.
What You’ll Do
- Create simple control circuits; test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC, and electronic systems that run production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Install electrical/electronic controls by interpreting schematics, blueprints, sketches, or verbal direction.
- Apply solid knowledge of plant electrical power and water distribution systems.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and tear-downs; replace components such as brushes and armatures.
- Lay out, assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust fixtures, apparatus, wiring, and new services—including panels, breakers, and conduit.
- Mount motors, transformers, and lighting; complete circuits to spec.
- Monitor installed equipment for hazards, adjustments, or needed replacement.
- Use proper tools and test instruments to repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment.
- Handle tasks associated with lower classifications and, at times, provide direction to colleagues in those roles.
- Take on varied assignments under the guidance of the Group Leader.
What You’ll Bring
- Two-year Associate degree plus 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to use a computer and CMMS to search parts and record work.
Physical & Pre-Employment Requirements
- Comfort working on your feet and at a bench: extended standing, periods of sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending.
- Pre-employment physical, including a baseline ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
