Step into a Day on the Floor
It’s 7:00 a.m. in Salisbury, NC. You start with a quick safety check, then dive into a line stoppage—an intermittent drive fault. You trace signals, read a schematic, swap a suspect sensor, and assist with a minor PLC logic tweak to clear the fault. By mid-morning, you’re aligning a pump and verifying valve operation on a cooling loop. After lunch, you perform predictive checks on a chiller, document findings, and partner with operations to prep for a changeover. The goal never changes: keep equipment reliable, safe, and ready.
