Industrial Electrician - Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
One of our valued clients is looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join their team! If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting complex systems, and keeping operations running at peak performance, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
This role offers a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule, giving you built-in days off throughout the month-perfect for work-life balance. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to earn a quarterly perfect attendance bonus.
What You'll Do:
- Take the lead on electrical installations, panel wiring, and system upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and keep production moving
- Work with 480VAC 3-phase systems and advanced equipment, including ABB robots
- Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify and solve issues quickly
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently
- Work safely at heights and operate various hand and power tools
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Support and contribute to a strong safety-first (SAFE) culture
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical work (or a combination of education and hands-on experience)
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training is a plus
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Proven reliability with a strong attendance record
- Solid communication skills-able to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with a team
- Working knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations
- Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-phase motors and controls
