Schaeffer is looking for a talented, hands-on individual with substantial industrial electrical expertise, combined with knowledge of heavy manufacturing equipment. This position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing both high capacity industrial electrical systems and heady-duty industrial machinery

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of firsthand maintenance experience working with heavy-duty electrical systems for manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• High level of computer literacy, including the ability to utilize digital tools and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• In-depth knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with tube mills, roll formers, and/or robotics is a plus.
