Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing
Manufacturing Facility | Maintenance Department
Reports to: Maintenance Manager

What Youll Do
Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems
Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, clear faults, and assist with diagnostics
Program and troubleshoot VFD starters
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and Ladder Logic
Ensure compliance with NEC standards, Arc Flash, and LOTO procedures
Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor and train less-experienced maintenance team members
Lead or assist with electrical projects
What Were Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (technical training/apprenticeship preferred)
3+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of PLC systems and VFD programming
Ability to read electrical prints and engineering diagrams
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Work Environment
Manufacturing floor (non-climate controlled, loud environment)
Must be able to stand, lift (25+ lbs), climb, bend, and wear required PPE
