We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with 10+ years of industrial facilities maintenance experience to support a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with 480V 3-phase systems, MCCs, motors, transformers, conduit installation up to 3.5", wire pulling, in-wall construction, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams. Responsibilities will include preventive and predictive maintenance, electrical repairs, light construction, troubleshooting compressors, pumps, HVAC, and other facility equipment, as well as working with contractors on ongoing projects. PLC experience is a plus but not required. This is a highly independent role with minimal day-to-day direction, so candidates must be able to diagnose issues, prioritize competing demands, and respond to frequent production-related calls while maintaining equipment uptime and completing scheduled PMs. Candidates must provide their own hand tools and required electrical PPE.
