Schedule: Rotating shifts consisting of two weeks on 1st shift, two weeks on 2nd shift, and two weeks on 3rd shift before the cycle repeats.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot PLC faults, including inputs, outputs, sensors, and associated controls.
Diagnose and repair 480V three-phase motors, motor starters, contactors, and related electrical systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, control panels, and automated manufacturing equipment.
Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to identify issues and complete repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to production equipment breakdowns.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and reliability improvements.
Partner with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Document repairs and follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications:

Industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be proficient in PLC troubleshooting.
Must have strong experience troubleshooting and maintaining 480V three-phase motors.
Experience with VFDs, motor controls, sensors, and automated production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Availability to work the rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed.
PLC programming experience and relevant technical training are a plus.
