Role Summary:
- Field leader accountable for safety, schedule, cost, and quality across one or more industrial projects.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years industrial electrical supervision experience.
- Medium-voltage experience (115 kV).
- Experience with switchgear/MCCs, rigid conduit, cable tray, transformers/substations.
- Crew leadership, blueprint/schematic reading.
- Candidates must possess a valid drivers license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check.
Preferred:
- 7+ years industrial electrical background.
- PLC/VFD/instrumentation familiarity.
- OSHA-30, NCCER, state license.
