    We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, minimizing downtime, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    What You'll Do
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems
    • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
    • Install and modify machinery, electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment as needed
    • Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
    • Fabricate equipment and replacement parts when required
    • Maintain lift trucks and other facility equipment
    • Perform general building maintenance, including light plumbing, painting, and facility repairs
    • Manage tool room organization and spare parts inventory
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records, preventative maintenance schedules, and parts documentation
    • Work closely with production, vendors, and contractors to support plant operations
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
    • Experience working with:
      • PLC control systems
      • Motors, drives, pumps, and lighting
      • 24V DC, 110V, 240V single-phase, and 480V three-phase electrical systems
      • Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
    • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
    • Experience with welding (MIG and Arc) and oxy-acetylene torch equipment
    • Metal fabrication experience
    • Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
    • Proficient with measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
    • Reliable transportation
    • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety
