Ideal Background

We're interested in candidates from food manufacturing, packaging, consumer products, pharmaceutical, distribution, or other automated manufacturing environments who have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience supporting production equipment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or manufacturing electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 480V 3-phase power, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and industrial controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment and I/O devices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  

Preferred Experience

• Journeyman Electrician license or industrial electrical training.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical and automated production equipment.
• Diagnose issues with PLC controlled equipment, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits.
• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot motors, conveyors, pumps, controls, and production equipment.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Follow all electrical safety, LOTO, GMP, and company safety procedures.
