Where and when you’ll work
Location: Buckeye, AZ
Schedules Needed:
- 1st shift, 6AM-2:30PM (Working Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)
- 2nd shift, 1PM-11PM (Working Sun-Wed)
- 3rd Shift, 9PM to 7AM (Working Sun-Wed)
Compensation and terms
- Pay Rate: $30
- $37/hour + shift differential DOE
- Contract to hire
What you’ll take on
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across electrical, mechanical, and light fabrication tasks.
- Complete scheduled PMs on mechanical material handling equipment: transportation conveyors, sortation systems, and forklifts.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and repair emergency mechanical issues on failed material handling systems.
- Document work orders, time sheets, and parts requests accurately.
What you bring
- 2–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience; experience with Dematic conveyor systems highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (drills, grinders, saws).
- Knowledge of electrical motor controls and strong electro-mechanical skills; comfortable working with 30–480V.
- Ability to install and set up VFDs, work with servo motor controls, and troubleshoot peripheral control devices to the PLC input.
- Welding skills and experience using a cutting torch.
- Ability to operate — and obtain/hold certification for — forklifts, powered pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- General knowledge of painting, minor plumbing, and lighting.
