Industrial Controls Electrician — Production Equipment

Schedule & pay: First-shift, full-time | $30–$35/hour (experience-based)

Do you thrive where PLCs, VFDs, and MCCs intersect? Can you trace a control fault from a field sensor to a panel terminal before a line misses its production target? If "yes," you’re the electrician we want to deploy to our long-term manufacturing partner.

Your mission

• Build resilient power: Configure plant distribution—switchgear, transformers, disconnects, MCCs, and panels. Pull feeders/branches, then verify voltage, phase rotation, and loads.
• Bring machines to life: Install, move, and recommission industrial equipment. Fit motors, VFDs, control panels, and enclosures. Terminate control/power wiring with precision.
• Make automation seamless: Integrate PLC-driven systems; wire photo eyes, limit switches, and sensors; confirm communications and signal quality; test until performance is dialed in.
• Protect people and uptime: Execute testing and PMs; work to NEC, OSHA, LOTO, and GMP standards to keep the floor safe and productive.

Experience in high-output environments—plastics, food & beverage, packaging, pharma, or similar—is strongly preferred.

What it takes

• At least 6 years as an Industrial Electrician in industrial/manufacturing settings
• Fluent with prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Journeyman or Master Electrician credential preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Bring your own basic hand and electrical tools
