They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

Description

The Industrial Construction Project Manager will:

  • Manage warehouse, logistics, and industrial construction projects from award through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports
  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and project documentation
  • Coordinate design-build efforts between design teams and field operations
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates to clients and leadership
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permit requirements
  • Monitor project financial performance and ensure budget compliance
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project objectives
  • Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives
  • Partner with field teams to ensure safe and successful project execution
  • Oversee project turnover, closeout documentation, and final client deliverables

Profile

The successful Industrial Construction Project Manager will have:

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience preferred
  • Experience managing warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial construction projects
  • Strong design-build project experience preferred
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction practices and project delivery methods
  • Proficiency with project management software and technology platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
