Job Description
- Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support budgeting, estimating, procurement, and scheduling efforts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Track project financials and assist with forecasting
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing coordination, and change orders
- Participate in client meetings and project presentations
- Support project buyout and contract administration activities
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining key milestones
- Develop client relationships and support business development efforts

The Successful Applicant
- 2-7 years of construction experience
- Ideal experience range: 2-4 years
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager
- Industrial construction experience strongly preferred
- Large-scale commercial construction experience will also be considered
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management fundamentals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Stable work history and strong career progression
- Desire to grow within a long-term, leadership-oriented organization
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
