What’s on Your Bench?

• Rooftop units and commercial split systems
• Walk-in and process refrigeration
• Boilers and centrifugal/screw chillers
• Make-up air units and exhaust systems
• Electrical, airflow, mechanical, and control logic issues
• Preventive maintenance and fine-tuning for peak performance

Must-Haves

• Proven commercial HVAC/R service experience
• True troubleshooting capability—root cause before replacement
• Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical theory, mechanical systems, and controls
• Pride in neat, professional workmanship and documentation
• Clear, respectful communication with customers and teammates
• Ownership from first call to final resolution

Licenses & Credentials

• EPA certification required; Universal EPA preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record
• NYC OSHA/SST preferred

Pay & Perks

• $35–$65/hour based on experience
• Overtime available
• Eligible for performance bonuses
