Let’s keep buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient—together
If you thrive on solving complex mechanical puzzles and enjoy being the pro that facilities teams count on, this role is for you. Our client has spent 50+ years partnering with organizations across the tri‐state area—commercial, industrial, retail, and educational—to deliver dependable HVAC performance at scale, from Fortune 500 campuses to growing local businesses.
What will you tackle?
You’ll be the trusted go‑to for planned maintenance, urgent diagnostics, and precision repairs on a broad mix of equipment. One day it’s a rooftop unit and split system; the next it’s a chiller loop and VAV controls. You’ll read wiring/piping diagrams and engineering specs, verify work against plans, and capture clear documentation so clients always know what’s happening and why.
