Industrial Epoxy Coating Technician
Location: Stratford, CT
Compensation: $20-$25/hr DOE + Profit Sharing

What You'll Do
- Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic flooring systems
- Perform surface preparation including concrete grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and minor concrete repairs
- Assist with commercial and industrial painting projects
- Operate grinders, pressure washers, HEPA vacuums, and other specialized equipment
- Complete industrial cleaning and site preparation
- Follow safety procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship
- Work alongside a professional team to complete projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring, commercial painting, concrete restoration, construction, or a related skilled trade
- Experience operating power tools and surface preparation equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass customer-required background screenings
- Comfortable working overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours when projects require
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
