Your mission
- Own machine setup and operation—follow production orders and lock in safe, efficient runs
- Watch performance trends, catch issues early, and fine-tune for consistency
- Load materials, move finished parts, and keep flow steady
- Verify quality at the source with thorough inspections
- Perform routine maintenance to maximize uptime
- Capture accurate production and quality data in real time
- Keep your area spotless and PPE-compliant

- Zero safety shortcuts; full PPE and procedure compliance
- Stable throughput with minimal unplanned downtime
- Parts that meet spec the first time—every time
- Clear, complete, and on-time documentation
Capabilities we value
- Mechanical aptitude, quality focus, and rigorous attention to detail
- Reliability and teamwork—steady, communicative, and supportive
- Ability to interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
- Comfort with hand tools and measuring devices (preferred)
- Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Physical readiness: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
