Your Impact

• Execute versatile welds: Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to meet varying project needs.
• Translate drawings into reality: Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation to define exact specifications.
• Own quality: Inspect and test welds to verify accuracy, durability, and compliance with safety standards.
• Keep tools production-ready: Maintain welding equipment and tooling for consistent performance.
• Deliver on time: Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and deadlines.
• Lead with safety: Adhere to established safety protocols at all times.

What Sets You Up for Success

• High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding training is advantageous)
• Documented experience as a welder and a portfolio that displays completed work
• Strong command of welding processes and safety practices
• Fluency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
