What You’ll Do
- Guide and develop engineering teams in industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing environments.
- Own project and resource planning to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality.
- Juggle competing priorities in a fast-changing setting without losing momentum.
- Build an engaged, accountable, high-output team culture.
- Apply hands-on understanding of controls engineering, including PLCs, HMIs, system testing, and commissioning best practices.
- Communicate clearly across functions and customers to drive alignment.
- Resolve issues decisively and keep initiatives on track from kickoff through closeout.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with process improvement methods such as Lean or continuous improvement.
- Exposure to field implementation or commissioning support.
Travel
Be ready for up to 50% travel based on project and customer demands.
