Industrial Assembly Specialist — Safety & Quality Focus

Your mission

Help manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line while championing Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You will rotate across operations—assembly, testing, welding, press room, material handling, and paint line—following SOPs and detailed instructions to set up and run equipment safely and accurately.

Impact you will make

• Assemble components, transfer product between stations, and execute in-process quality inspections.
• Spot defects quickly and take action to resolve quality issues.
• Count, label, and handle small parts with accuracy; maintain inventory and tracking integrity.
• Complete required paperwork; keep your work area clean and audit-ready.
• Follow plant safety rules and company policies; assist teammates and take on other duties as assigned.
• Act in alignment with Our Philosophy and uphold legal, ethical, and contractual standards.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am

Shifts may include rotation.

Rewards and benefits

• Pay: Experience-based starting pay from $21.43 to $26.50, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and overtime/double-time incentives.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500 for all shifts.
