Position Overview:
We’re hiring Industrial Assemblers to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on assembling mechanical and/or electrical components using hand and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components based on blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice to Have:
- Electrical or mechanical assembly experience
- Soldering or wiring experience
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
