Industrial Applications Project Engineer (Rollers & Coatings)
Location: Rock Hill, SC | Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $80,000–$85,000 per year (an additional posting also notes 70,000–80,000)

What you’ll do
- Produce and interpret CAD drawings and technical prints for industrial roller and coating projects.
- Support estimating activities with sound assumptions and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to ensure projects are accurate and buildable.
- Assist with manual machining tasks when prototypes or troubleshooting require hands‑on support.
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage data, reports, and communications.
- Continuously improve processes to elevate quality and efficiency.
- Stay engaged on the shop floor—this is a hands‑on engineering role.
What you bring
- Proficiency with CAD platforms and technical drawing practices.
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, or a comparable hands‑on environment.
- Background in estimating or cost analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Willingness to be physically present on the production floor as needed.
