Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
Diagnose equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement timely repairs.
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies; participate in safety training and audits.
Respond to equipment failures promptly to minimize production impact and meet targets.
Execute electrical and mechanical repairs with accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
Collaborate with operations to plan maintenance around production schedules and targets.
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements to boost efficiency.
Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking cross-training opportunities and skill expansion.
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and downtime logs for performance tracking.
Assist in root cause analysis for recurring equipment problems.
Utilize maintenance management software to track work orders and maintenance KPIs.
Coordinate with vendors for parts sourcing and external service support when needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Industrial maintenance experience with routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
Strong safety, quality, and environmental policy adherence.
Familiarity with maintenance management software and work order tracking.
Ability to respond quickly to equipment failures and minimize downtime.
Documented track record of meeting maintenance KPIs and targets.
Collaborative mindset to coordinate maintenance around production schedules.
Root cause analysis participation to address recurring issues.
Willingness to pursue cross-training and skill expansion.
Vendor coordination for parts sourcing and external services.
