Job Title: Electrician Technician | Reports to: Site Foreman / Facility Manager | Location: Homestead, FL 33030
Job Summary:
The Flowery is a leading cannabis cultivation and production company committed to quality, sustainability, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Electrician Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment throughout our facilities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems and equipment.
Maintain electrical panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, motors, controls, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues affecting cultivation, HVAC, irrigation, pumps, production equipment, and facility systems.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Assist with facility projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow applicable electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
Communicate maintenance needs and project status to supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of general maintenance.
Local travel between locations may be required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; electrical or trade school training is a plus.
Previous electrical, maintenance, or skilled-trade experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, lighting, motors, and controls.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read electrical schematics and use electrical testing equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Ability to perform physical/manual labor and lift heavy objects.
