INDO-PACOM Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of regional construction projectsAssist in preparation and solicitation of bidsInterpret specifications, designs and drawings and prepare quantity takeoffFacilitate the definition of project scope, tasks, goals, resource requirements and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsAssemble and coordinate project staffSet up and manage project resources per the project budgetPlan, schedule, and maintain project timelines. Heavy experience within the construction management field (required)10 years of related experience (preferred)Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or USAF projects (a plus)Excellent written and oral communications skills.

RELYANT Global, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (PM) for work to be performed in multiple locations within the INDO-PACOM Region. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Monitor and review critical path dates and milestone throughout projectTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide direction and leadership to project teamOversee quality assurance with Project Quality Control ManagerConstantly monitor and report on progress to the Director of OperationsLead project progress meetings with clientsEnsure timely closeout of projectsManage all safety standards with the assistance of the Superintendent, Site Safety and Corporate Safety DirectorDevelop and maintain a clear understanding of the specifications, drawings, standards, and subcontractor & supplier scope of work, etc.Education, Skills and ExperienceBasic or equivalent: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related fieldMust be authorized to work in the USMust be able to obtain a security clearance.Heavy experience within the construction management field (required)10 years of related experience (preferred)Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, or USAF projects (a plus)Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
