Your role:

• DOT Physicals
  
• 1-20 shifts / month
  
• Lacerations, diagnosing orthopedic injuries, and reading orthopedic X-rays
  
• 20-30 Patients per day
  

Requirements

• Active IN License
  
• DEA
  
• NPI
  
• Background in Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Urgent Care
  
• DOT Certification is required
  
• 2 years of clinical experience outside clinical or residencies
  
• Ability to work independently
