Are you an Indiana Licensed Plumber looking for a stable, high-impact role with a steady flow of work? At Perma-Seal, we’re looking for a skilled plumber who can diagnose issues, provide solutions, and complete high-quality installations and repairs in residential homes. You’ll work directly with homeowners, delivering solutions that improve the safety, functionality, and health of their homes. What You’ll Do- Travel to pre-scheduled residential appointments (no cold calling)
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems
- Ensure all work is completed to code and inspection-ready
- Educate homeowners on findings and solutions in a clear, professional manner
- Prepare proposals, explain options, and collect approvals/payments as needed
- Enter job details and notes into CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For- Active Indiana Plumbing License (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bonus if you have experience with: - Waterproofing systems, sump pumps, or drain tile
- Construction, foundation repair, or crawl space systems
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, basements)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day
