SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle and SERVPRO of Upper Darby are actively seeking qualified independent subcontractors to support our growing reconstruction division.


We are looking for self-employed individuals and small companies who take pride in quality workmanship and want access to a steady flow of residential and commercial restoration projects.


Our primary service territories include New Castle County, Delaware and Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Most projects will be located within these service areas.


If you are tired of constantly chasing work, preparing bids, collecting payments, and handling customer disputes, we may be a great fit.


Our team handles the sales, estimating, customer communication, project management, scheduling, and collections so you can focus on production.

Who We Are Looking For


We are interested in partnering with both individual tradespeople and established subcontracting companies. Whether you are a one-person operation, a small crew, or a larger contractor, we would like to hear from you.


We are seeking partners capable of handling projects of all sizes—from small repairs and punch-list work to full-service residential and commercial reconstruction projects.


Ideal candidates may be able to:


  •  Self-perform one or more construction trades 
  •  Source and manage labor when needed 
  •  Coordinate specialty trades and subcontractors 
  •  Source materials and manage deliveries 
  •  Assist with scheduling and project execution 
  •  Support larger residential and commercial reconstruction projects 
  •  Scale up or down based on project needs

Ideal Candidates


We are seeking individuals or companies that:


  •  Are currently self-employed or looking to become self-employed 
  •  Have experience in one or more construction trades 
  •  Produce quality workmanship 
  •  Communicate professionally 
  •  Show up when scheduled 
  •  Follow through on commitments 
  •  Return calls, texts, and emails promptly 
  •  Stand behind their work 
  •  Can work independently with minimal supervision 
  •  Have reliable transportation 
  •  Have their own tools and equipment 
  •  Take ownership of projects and help solve problems 
Preferred Qualifications


The following are preferred but not required at the time of application:


  •  General Liability Insurance 
  •  Workers Compensation Coverage (if applicable) 
  •  Business License 
  •  Trade License(s) where required 
  •  Existing crew or labor resources 
  •  Experience working with insurance restoration projects 
  •  Experience managing larger reconstruction projects 
Applicants who do not currently have all required documentation may still be considered if they are willing and able to obtain the necessary requirements before beginning work.
