    We are seeking two Supervisors: (1) Independent Living and (1) ILP/YAVFC to support and develop a dedicated team of case workers as well as team leads, youth specialists and a life skills coach serving youth across the area.     What you’ll do:

    • Provide weekly individual and team supervision
    • Lead team meetings, training, and staff development
    • Oversee child placement and caseload assignments
    • Partner with courts and DHS to ensure compliance
    • Deliver case management services including counseling and referrals
    • Support youth involved in programs
    • Attend court hearings and ensure timely, accurate documentation
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to case management staff

    What you bring:

    • Master’s degree + 1 year experience (preferred), or
    • Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience (2 in child welfare required)
    • Michigan social work licensure (preferred)
    • Ability to provide on-call support as needed
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
