Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care and support to clients in a home environment.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing clients' quality of life.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Background check clearance and any required certifications in caregiving.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus.
