We are seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a cohesive, all-CRNA team at a nationally recognized Critical Access Hospital in Southwest Wisconsin. This is an Advanced Practice role that values true clinical autonomy and a collaborative culture.

    The Practice & Lifestyle 

    • True Autonomy: Practice the full scope of anesthesia in an independent setting.

    • Clinical Reach: Expertise in General Anesthesia, MAC, spinals, epidurals, and a wide array of Regional Anesthesia / peripheral nerve blocks.

    • Diverse Case Mix: General, OB/GYN (approx. 152 annual births), Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, and Urology. 

    • Perfect Balance: An ideal 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation allows you to fully recharge.

    • The Area: Enjoy outdoor recreation less than an hour from Madison and roughly 3 hours from Chicago.

    Core Responsibilities & Skills 

    • Comprehensive Airway Management and Invasive Line Placement.

    • Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring and Vasoactive Medication Management.

    • Trauma Stabilization and ACLS/PALS/NRP Resuscitation.

    • Thorough Pre-operative Assessment and Acute Pain Management.

    Compensation & Support 

    • Competitive Pay: $250/hr plus call.

    • Simplified Logistics: Weekly pay as a locum/contractor with all travel and accommodations fully covered.

    Qualifications 

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

    • Current WI RN and APNP licensure.

    • Previous experience and Regional Anesthesia skills preferred.
