Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children and their families? Are you committed to ensuring every child has the best possible start in life, regardless of their needs or circumstances?
We have excellent opportunity for a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to join our team
About the service
As part of a dedicated and forward-thinking service, you will play a key role in building the confidence and capacity of early years practitioners, championing inclusive practice, and ensuring that children and families receive timely, coordinated support.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to positive outcomes for children during the most important years of their development and to be part of a team committed to creating inclusive communities where every child belongs, participates, and succeeds.
About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will work alongside early years settings, families, health professionals, and other partners to promote inclusion, remove barriers to learning and development, and support children with emerging or identified additional needs to thrive.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines direct support, consultation, coaching, and partnership working. You will help build the confidence, knowledge, and capacity of early years practitioners through advice, modelling effective strategies, training, and guidance on inclusive practice. You will also work closely with families, ensuring they feel supported, listened to, and empowered throughout their child's early years journey.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of child development and SEND, and the ability to work collaboratively across services. You will be solution-focused, organised, and committed to promoting high-quality inclusive practice that enables children to achieve the best possible outcomes.
If you're motivated, passionate and believe everyone should be given an opportunity, we'd like to hear from you, it's time to make the change.
