As the Inclusion and Belonging Manager, you'll help bring Best Buy's inclusion and belonging strategy to life across the business. You'll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action, manage key projects, and use insights to drive meaningful results. This is a hybrid position based in our Corporate Office in Richfield, Minnesota. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Corporate Office.

What you'll do
- Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives from planning through execution
- Build relationships with partners across the company to align priorities and drive results
- Create presentations, communications, and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts
- Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business
- Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget, reporting, and operational processes
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
Basic qualifications
- 3 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy, HR, inclusion and belonging, or a related field
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Experience developing presentations, communications and recommendations for leadership audiences
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project deliverables
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills
