The Incident Management Specialist serves as the central coordination point for the organization's incident management program. This role is responsible for reviewing, triaging, routing, and monitoring incident reports while supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining accurate documentation. Working closely with operational leaders and the Clinical Risk Management team, the Incident Management Specialist helps ensure incidents are managed effectively, timelines are met, and communication remains clear throughout the incident management process.

Key Responsibilities: · Review, evaluate, and process incident reports submitted through enterprise reporting systems.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: · Associate degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare or quality-related experience.
Additional Qualifications: · Ability to research, interpret, and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and certification standards related to client or patient events.
Physical Requirements · Work may be performed in office, clinical, residential, and community-based environments depending on assignment.
