INCIDENT MANAGEMENT INVESTIGATOR

The position contributes to the agency's Incident Management Program by identifying trends, recommending corrective actions, conducting training, and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of individuals receiving services. The Incident Management Investigator is responsible for conducting objective, thorough, and timely investigations of reportable incidents involving individuals receiving services.

Well-established non-profit supporting adults with disabilities is seeking an Incident Management Investigator. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Salary depends on experience. The Incident Management Investigator is responsible for conducting objective, thorough, and timely investigations of reportable incidents involving individuals receiving services. The Investigator ensures compliance with New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) regulations, Justice Center requirements, agency policies, and applicable federal and state laws. The position contributes to the agency's Incident Management Program by identifying trends, recommending corrective actions, conducting training, and promoting the health, safety, and welfare of individuals receiving services. The Incident Management Investigator reports to the Director of Quality Assurance and Incident Management.
