Description

Our client, a large financial services and investment management firm is seeking an experienced Incentive Plan Administrator for a 12 month contract assignment. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates near: Charlotte, NC; Iselin, NJ; Frisco, TX or Chicago, IL.  

The Compensation/Incentive Plan Administrator participates in compensation evaluation and analysis for various incentive plans that support organization roles. Under general supervision, this job is responsible for supporting management in administering effective compensation programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supports incentive structure designs and pay policies in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
  • Administers changes to short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, sales compensation, etc. as directed by management.
  • Participates in analyses and studies to support management in administering effective compensation / incentive programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
  • Prepares reports for the purpose of providing written support and conveying information to management regarding policy and compensation interpretation as well as in the annual salary planning process.
  • Reviews the company's incentive programs to ensure they are in accordance with established policies.
Requirements
  • University degree preferred - Finance, Accounting or related field 
  • 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Financial Services compensation / incentive plan administration experience 
  • Strong technical skills, Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables), reporting. MS Word. 
  • Fund Accounting experience is a plus - Mutual funds, Private funds, etc.  
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail 
Pay Rate- $37.71- $39.71/hour
