LaborPRO Staffing is hiring Inbound Parcel Processing Technicians for a secure mail and package center. Temp-to-hire. Immediate starts. Training provided.
What will I do?
- Scan parcel labels quickly and accurately
- Place packages onto conveyor systems and retrieve them at endpoints
- Sort and route parcels to assigned lanes or areas
- Verify label details and package information
- Repeat scan–sort–handle cycles with consistency
- Stand for long periods and work independently while meeting productivity goals
- Keep work areas clean and orderly
- Follow all company, facility, safety, security, and handling procedures
When would I work?
- 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (10-12 hours daily)
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (10-12 hours daily)
- Operations run Monday through Saturday. Saturday shifts are required; you’ll receive a weekday off.
What do I need to qualify?
- No experience required—great entry point
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Comfort with repetitive, physical tasks and safe package handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Detail-focused when scanning and sorting
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, sorting, or mail processing experience is helpful but not required
Language expectations
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Basic English preferred for safety, security, and process instructions
