Tesla is seeking an Inbound Material Flow Engineer to drive system-level design and optimization for inbound material flow logistics and warehousing. In this role, you will join the Inbound Material Flow team and integrate inputs from material planning, supplier sourcing, packaging, manufacturing, and logistics to design and optimize end-to-end material flow. You will apply Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering, Discrete Event Simulation and Supply Chain fundamentals to improve factory efficiency and scalability in support of Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. This role is based in Austin, TX.
