LHH is working with a client in Greensboro seeking an Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join their team! This role will be contract through the end of the year, onsite M-F 8-5 paying $20/hr. Must have prior logistics/international logistics experience to be eligible for this role! Must understand this is a 3-4 month contract role.
Responsibilities:
Schedule inbound shipments
Communicate with 3rd party carriers and freight brokers to track incoming international shipments
Maintain all documentation for incoming product and ensure orders are able to clear U.S. customs
Utilize SAP to track open orders/shipments
Once delivered to DC and/or customer, prepare receipt of goods showing all load information to send to accounting for invoicing
Qualifications:
Must understand this is a 3-4 month contract role
Must have prior logistics/international logistics experience to be eligible for this role
Must have advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/Vlookups)
SAP experience a plus
Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
