Role Summary:

An Inbound General Labor Associate is essentially a warehouse/receiving position focused on getting incoming products from trucks into the fulfillment center accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments from trucks and move products into the receiving area.
• Receive and inspect merchandise to make sure the correct products and quantities arrived.
• Check products against purchase orders/shipping information and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
• Sort and organize inventory and move products to their assigned locations.
• Use warehouse equipment and scanners to record and move inventory.
• Put away inventory so products are available for customer orders.
• Keep the receiving/warehouse area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with supervisors and other warehouse associates to keep products moving efficiently.
• Follow SupplyHouse's safety procedures and standard operating procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to use or learn RF scanning equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience using pallet jacks or hand trucks

Tools / Equipment / Systems:

• RF scanner (Escáner RF)
• Warehouse management practices including general warehouse operations, receiving, and order picking/packing

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs
• Regular standing, walking, and manual handling within a warehouse setting
• Maintain safety and hygiene in a fast-paced environment
