Inbound Customer Service Representative

$17–$19/hr + Weekly Performance Bonuses | Full-Time | Myrtle Beach, SC

Join MRG's inbound team and help people plan vacations for a living. Every call comes to you — no cold calling, ever. You'll guide excited guests through vacation packages, secure bookings, and deliver service that keeps people coming back.

We provide full paid training. No experience required—just the right attitude.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time,in-office positions
• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle inbound calls from existing guests with vacation packages they've already purchased
• Guide guests through destinations, travel dates, and options to secure bookings
• Process payments, finalize reservations, and resolve questions
• Overcome objections using proven scripts and techniques
• Hit individual goals for bookings, call quality, and guest satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Outgoing, people-first personality — you love talking and building rapport
• Comfortable working toward performance goals
• Reliable and on time
• Able to type 20+ WPM
• Open to coaching and feedback
• 18+ years old
• Prior customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus—not required
