Schedule: Our Inbound Marketing Response Rep works in our office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay: With base pay and performance bonuses, you'll have an earning potential of $50,000 – $55,000+/year! Your performance in the following areas will directly affect your earnings; the higher you achieve, the more you'll make!

• Lead-to-appointment conversion rates
• Appointment volume and scheduling efficiency
• Lead response time and follow-up consistency
• CRM accuracy and lead management
• Overall contribution to inbound lead performance

Requirements

• Clear and effective communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette

• Administrative, customer service, or call handling experience
• Experience in the roofing, construction, or home service industry
• Social media experience
• CRM proficiency

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Professionally representing our company and delivering incredible customer service
• Promptly answering incoming phone calls and politely responding to texts/emails/social media messages
• Qualifying leads to determine company fit and scheduling inspections for the sales team
• Following up with leads to help convert them into customers
• Performing accurate data entry and maintaining customer files in our CRM
• Tracking appointments made, follow-ups completed, and the progression of leads
• Posting content to our social media and responding to comments
• Supporting marketing, outreach, and engagement activities as directed
