Job Summary:

Pacific Rise Co is seeking a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Milwaukee, WI team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer calls, provide service support, answer inquiries, and assist with scheduling and account-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling, and account updates
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer experiences during all interactions
• Meet daily performance and communication standards
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
