A detail-oriented and dependable In-Process Quality Inspector to support our manufacturing and
quality operations. This position is responsible for performing in-process inspections during
manufacturing, inspecting incoming raw materials from suppliers, and assisting with final
product inspections as needed.
The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of inspection tools and measuring devices,
strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work effectively in a
manufacturing environment.
Pay rate Hourly $23.70-$25.99 based off experiences.
• Conduct in-process inspections of manufactured products throughout production
operations.
• Perform receiving inspections on incoming raw materials and components to verify
compliance with specifications and purchase requirements.
• Use inspection and measuring equipment including:
o Calipers
o Micrometers
o Rulers
o Gauges and related inspection tools
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation and inspection
records.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials or products to Quality and Production
personnel.
• Assist with containment, segregation, and disposition of rejected materials.
• Support production teams by helping ensure products meet company and customer
quality standards.
• Provide backup support for Final Inspection activities, including inspection of completed
finished products prior to shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality system requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and quality initiatives as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• General understanding of quality inspection methods and measuring devices.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions
preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and use of Microsoft Office or similar
programs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and quality personnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and use precision measuring equipment.
• Visual ability to inspect products for defects and dimensional accuracy.

Preferred Skills
