Your mission

  • Verify quality through routine physical tests and inspections during production.
  • Document results with accuracy and analyze trends using computer systems.
  • Uphold a clean, compliant, food-safe environment by following SOPs and GMPs.
  • Respond to shifting priorities to keep operations on track.
  • Collaborate with a precision-focused team that continuously improves.

No advanced lab or chemistry experience required. We provide paid training so you can master hands-on quality checks.

Readiness checklist

  • Proven reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; quality-driven approach.
  • Comfort working in regulated or food-safe settings.
  • Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Team-first attitude and desire for growth.
  • Plus: Background in lab testing, food production, or QA.

Schedule, pay, and extras

  • Schedules: 6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off
  • Hourly: $22–$26 (based on experience)
  • Night premium: +$3.00/hour
  • Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift team members
