About the Role

Our client in Dallas, TX, is expanding into a brand-new electrical facility and is looking to bring on an experienced In-Process Electrical Quality Control Technician to join the team. This is a hands-on quality control role working with industrial control panels, motor control systems, and electrical assemblies before they ship to customers.

If you have a strong industrial electrical background and enjoy troubleshooting, testing, and working with control systems, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding organization.

  • Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pm + OT

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform quality control testing on industrial control panels and electrical systems

  • Perform basic electrical tests during the in-process stage

  • Checking wiring against schematics and wiring diagrams

  • Inspect UL 508A industrial control panels

  • Perform functional testing on control panels, breaker systems, and motor control systems

  • Knowledge of NEMA enclosure requirements (BIG PLUS)

  • Looking for loose, damaged, or incorrectly installed wiring + confirming wires are routed correctly

What We're Looking For

  • Strong industrial electrical background

  • 2-3 years of electrical testing experience in an industrial setting.

  • Ability to confidently read electrical schematics

  • Experience performing high-pot testing & PLC troubleshooting, and program loading

  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLCs

  • Knowledge of UL 508A industrial control panels & NEMA enclosure requirements
